Victoria is the CEO & founder of Allied-SCSS, established in 2013 as a business development consulting firm that provides technical assistance to diverse-owned small businesses on how to successfully navigate government contracting. She has more than 25 years of executive experience in supplier diversity and a passion for working with government agencies and small to medium-sized organizations to further build structure and business process improvement strategies and execute profitable initiatives. Victoria has served as NAWBO Dallas/Fort Worth’s chapter president and on the NAWBO National Presidents Assembly Steering Committee.
