Jen Earle

CEO, NAWBO National

Jen Earle has been honored and delighted to work with the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) since 2008.  Utilizing her institutional knowledge and consistent drive to advance the mission of NAWBO, Jen has worked collaboratively with the National Boards of Directors and past CEOs to help carry out the Board’s vision for the organization and navigate NAWBO to where it is today. Today, NAWBO boasts more than 50 chapters nationwide, including a virtual chapter. During Jen’s tenure as CEO, the organization has grown to include an educational institute to support women business owners online. Her leadership led to consistent virtual education courses to help business owners find a community to grow and scale their businesses. Her relationship-building with national partners has led to innovative programming, providing countless opportunities for women entrepreneurs. Jen’s focus remains to ensure that NAWBO evolves with the ever-changing landscape for women business owners by creating educational programs for the next generation of entrepreneurs and streamlining how NAWBO National supports our chapters nationwide. Every NAWBO member, regardless of chapter membership, receives the same exceptional experience irrespective of location. Beyond her domestic work on behalf of women business owners, Jen has also played a pivotal role in the education and support of the international women’s business community. Her participation in the FCEM (World Association of Women Entrepreneurs) Task Force allows her to travel the world to understand better the plight and how to support women business owners around the globe. Jen brings more than a decade of multi-disciplinary, high-level experience in operational and project management development, support, and execution for a broad range of boards, business groups, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and executives. Before joining NAWBO, Jen was an entrepreneur and understands the complexities of being a women business owner. Today, she serves as the CEO of NAWBO, the Executive Director of the NAWBO Institute, and an Advisory Member for Enterprising Women Magazine.
