With 20 years of experience, Tina developed a practice in educating businesses on the trends and pitfalls in today’s employment market, working with them to audit and analyze existing policies and procedures and providing them with cost-effective solutions to ensure ongoing compliance.  In 2019, Tina launched her own firm to provide these and related services to business of all sizes. In 2022, Tina brought in a partner, rebranded and opened a subsidiary company that focuses on DEIB assessment, planning and consulting.
