Shaune Skinner

Shaune is President of ASC Group, Inc., a company that conducts cultural and environmental studies for projects under the National Historic Preservation Act. She is responsible for overseeing all seven ASC Group offices, directing proposal preparation and project coordination of over 100 projects per year. Her undergraduate and graduate degrees are both in Archeology.

Shaune is active on a number of community and non- profit boards including Woman Transportation Seminar (WTS), Clintonville Incorporated (CI), and the Defiance College Board of Trustees. Shaune has served as Secretary of WTS, Program Chair and was on the WTS Board of Directors for 6 years. Shaune was the Chair of CI for two years. She was the first woman appointed to the Defiance College Board and has been active on the board for over 20 years.

Shaune was honored by the NAWBO Columbus organization as a Visionary Award Winner in 2009. Shaune has served on the following NAWBO Columbus Committees. Membership-2009-2010; Chair Public Policy Committee-2010-current; Board of Directors:2010-current; Corporate Sponsorship Committee-2012; Value Task Force Committee-2011-2012. She was also a member of the National Nominating Committee in 2013. She joined PASC in 2013.

Shaune lives in Clintonville with her partner, Craig, and their three dogs. Her favorite pastime is bird watching.
