A strategic partner with Profiles International—a leader in the assessment industry—she helps organizations establish effective management tools to develop their employees, reduce turnover, provide job match capabilities and discover the core behavior and characteristics of an employee. She was active with the Arizona Small Business Association and is a former member of the City of Tucson Small Business Commission. She is a Past President of NAWBO®-Greater Tucson.
