Brenda is a wife, mother, grandmother, CEO and award-winning small business owner whose primary goal is helping others. Brenda started her staffing firm, BPN Staffing Solutions, in 2011 to help organizations and clinicians maneuver through the challenges of profitable onboarding. The mission is to help unemployed or underemployed healthcare clinicians find viable employment opportunities via contracts, permanent placements or temporary work. Brenda’s firm has been included in the list of Charlotte’s Largest Black Owned Businesses. Brenda has served on the NAWBO Charlotte Board of Directors since 2014 and is a member of the NAWBO National Presidents Assembly Steering Committee.
