Connie is deputy director for the Center for Women’s Economic Empowerment at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE). She manages funding from the National Endowment for Democracy, projects funded by the U.S. Government and other donor programs supporting women leaders globally. Prior to CIPE, she was a senior strategic advisor at the U.S. Agency for International Development in El Salvador.

Irina is an experienced consultant with over 20 years of experience in cross-cultural management and intercultural communication, is a certified Lewis Communications trainer and Cross-Culture Licensed Partner and a freelance conference interpreter. Her training services and executive coaching focus on cross-cultural integration, diverse teams and effective leadership, expatriate adjustment and intercultural communication.
Chandler Martin, founder of The Impact Canopy (Panelist)
Chandler is an entrepreneur, a go-to-market consultant and a lecturer. She teaches marketing and strategy in various startup and innovation support programs across Europe and has taught as a professor of marketing at the University of San Diego (California) and at Unknown University of Applied Sciences (Amsterdam). Currently, she heads up The Impact Canopy, a go-to-market advisory. She began her career in international affairs, focusing on entrepreneurship, sustainable development and financial inclusion in Latin America.
