Alisha earned her BA in Economics and Public Policy from UNC-Chapel Hill and is passionate about supporting women business owners through NAWBO and Merrill’s Women Exchange. A soccer enthusiast and avid gardener, she enjoys long-distance running, riding her Peloton, and volunteering at Good Hope Farm. Alisha lives in Charlotte with her husband, Kris, their daughter, Arlie Mae, and their dog, Pickles.

She now serves on the North Carolina Supplemental Retirement Plan Board of Trustees, continuing her commitment to financial empowerment and advocacy.
