The National Association of Women Business Owners is in shock with the tragic passing of WBENC President and CEO Pamela Prince-Eason on June 30, 2025. We extend our deepest sympathies to her family and friends as they navigate this new reality.

Pam was a force of nature; laser focused on creating opportunities for women business owners and encouraging entrepreneurship. She knew how important the connection was between the public and private sector, mentoring and cultivating important relationships across corporate America to ensure a robust procurement pipeline for women business owners and the small business ecosystem. Additionally, she served as an important voice in Washington, DC, highlighting the role that the public sector played in ensuring opportunity for women and small business owners.

Pam touched the lives of thousands of women business owners and entrepreneurs as she pioneered programs and initiatives that empowered them to grow and reach new heights,” said Jen Earle, CEO of NAWBO. “Across the women’s business community, she was known for her dedication to expanding access to capital, opportunity, and growth for women entrepreneurs. We are committed to carrying forward her legacy.”

We are grateful for her extraordinary leadership and for the opportunity to have worked alongside her in pursuit of our shared mission—to build a world where women business owners can thrive and lead. She will be deeply missed.
