Wanda started her first online business in 2005 and is a speaker, trainer and owner of Strategize Your Success, an award-winning full-service online marketing agency. Wanda specializes in working with small businesses, entrepreneurs and non-profits across the country.
Her business experience includes working for corporations including two Fortune 500 companies specializing in sales management, human resources and training. She has managed international teams and a staff of over 50 and was also an Operations Manager for a National Speakers Bureau. Wanda was vetted as a Local Authorized Expert by Constant Contact in 2016 and is a Certified Solutions Partner that educates businesses and organizations on email marketing and the Constant Contact platform.
Wanda has served as a leader on seven boards and as a strategic partner to several different organizations since 2005. She enjoys supporting organizations that give back to the community, support local families and animal needs. Wanda grew up on the East Coast and relocated to Tucson, AZ with her family in 1998. She has a B.A. in Psychology and is trained on a variety of marketing expertise. She and her husband Brian Baader have been married since 1994 and have a son.
