NAWBO and ADP work together to propel women-owned business performance

Washington, D.C. June 11, 2018—This week, the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), the unified voice of America’s women-owned businesses, is announcing they have teamed with ADP®, a global provider of cloud-based Human Capital Management solutions, to continue to offer human resources, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration to help women-owned organizations unlock their business potential. With more than 10 million women-owned businesses in America, NAWBO and ADP understand the importance of providing resources to this integral growing sector of our economy.

“We are proud to have a partner in ADP who shares our mission to help women scale their businesses,” explains Kathleen Warnick, NAWBO National Board Chair. “The American economy thrives when women business owners are supported with every means necessary to expand their businesses. By teaming up with ADP, we are opening doors for our members to access valuable resources and understand different avenues to propel their business further and in turn, grow America’s economy.”

“For decades, NAWBO has been leading the way for women business owners and ADP has been helping business owners pay, manage, and reward their workforce to advance their businesses. We’re honored to partner with this amazing network of women leaders to help them face their unique workplace challenges, and plan for the next phase of their work-life journey,” said Maria Black, president of Small Business Solutions and Human Resources Outsourcing at ADP.

ADP was recently recognized as one of the 2018 Best Companies for Multicultural Women by Working Mother® and one of the 2018 Top 10 Companies for Diversity by DiversityInc.

As part of their partnership with ADP, NAWBO created the 2018 NAWBO Membership Survey earlier this year to gather feedback from NAWBO members on a myriad of issues.  The results of the survey were released during National Small Business Week.
