Romney joins a growing list of candidates supported by NAWBO National.
Washington, D.C. —The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) is announcing its endorsement of Governor Mitt Romney in his bid for U.S. Senate in Utah.
“Governor Romney knows what it is like to balance a budget and work across the aisle to get legislation across the finish line,” explains Molly Gimmel, NAWBO National Board Chair. “NAWBO National supports Governor Romney in his run for U.S. Senate because we believe both his business and public sector background will bring productive solutions to the table in Washington.”
NAWBO National considers candidates for endorsement after they have won their primary. The selection of candidates is based solely on their history of business ownership or their voting record demonstrating their consistent support of business owners. Additional endorsements will be made by NAWBO prior to the November 6th general election.
