NAWBO Members Listed in Ranking: The 50 fastest-growing companies led by women

The Women’s President Organization and American Express released its ninth annual ranking of the 50 fastest-growing companies led or owned by women.

The top company: S’well, the New York City-based beverage bottle manufacturer, lead by owner Sarah Kauss, has clocked $47.2 million in revenue in 2015. S’well recently made a deal with Target to bring a specialized line to the company’s store shelves. Read more here about Kauss’ defining moments in the company’s growth.

Coming in second is Pinnacle Group, the IT workforce staffing solutions firm lead by Nina Vaca of Dallas.This 20-year veteran of staffing broken the billion-dollar barrier in 2015. Read more about Vaca in our Bizwomen Interview.

Privately held companies reaching revenues of $2 million in 2015 qualify for the list. Of the top 50, 92 percent are led by founders; and 44 percent do business globally.
