Supermodel Turned CEO to Share Business Practices with Hundreds of Women Entrepreneurs from Across the Country
(Washington, D.C., June 18, 2012) — Today the National Association of Women Business Owners® (NAWBO®) is announcing that Kathy Ireland, Chief Designer and CEO of Kathy Ireland Worldwide, will serve as the keynote speaker of their Women’s Business Conference (WBC) 2012. The WBC will be held October 4th-5th in Louisville, Kentucky, and include additional high-profile speakers and attendees from a variety of industries and sectors, including fashion, government and the media.

She will share her story about how she built her business empire, the most important lessons she learned along the way, what things have been critical to her growth, what inspires and motivates her to reach higher, and the delicate balance faced by women in managing family responsibilities, career and boundaries.
