Join NAWBO and the Edward Lowe Foundation for a virtual workshop designed specifically for women business owners with employees to help lead through times like we now face. This virtual workshop “Leading Through Challenging Times” begins on May 27th with its first of two cohorts.
The workshop:
- Examines how the brain’s neural circuitry reacts to uncertainty—which can impact our thinking and behavior for better or worse.
- Dives into proven coping mechanisms to help leaders think more clearly, re-energize, gain control over emotions and make better decisions.
- Provides brain-based tools and frameworks that leaders can use to guide teams, learn from potential threats and establish how their companies will need to look on the other side of the crisis.
There are two levels of participation to choose from and 2 cohorts of 25 participants each – May 27-29 and June 9-11.
