Liliana Bernal is founder and CEO of Balanced Diversity, a recruiting and workforce solutions provider helping clients build a workforce that is reflective of our communities. Through her work, she is dedicated to helping people thrive and reach their full potential. She’s also passionate about women in business and spent two years as NAWBO Sacramento’s Board president. Today, she remains in leadership because women business owners matter. Prior to becoming a successful business owner herself, Liliana was a senior executive at a global billion-dollar staffing company. When she’s not impacting lives on the job today, she’s creating memories through travel and shared experiences with family and friends.
