When: Friday, July 11, 2025 – 9:00-11:00 AM
Meeting in Mission Bay Park at tree immediately in front of (bayside) Super Bloom Café – 2688 E Mission Bay Dr, San Diego, CA 92109. Everyone can start their day with a yoga session or walk around the bay. We will start by 9:15 AM and return by 10 AM for coffee at Super Bloom. Yoga led by Julia Toronczak of www.mindbodyjulia.com. BRING YOUR OWN MAT and other yoga supplies. Walk led by Debbie Feinberg, Marketing Chair for NAWBO-SD. WEAR COMFY SHOES.
