The Evolving Power of Persistence: Adapting Ambition to Life’s Demands
In the fast-paced world of entrepreneurship, persistence is key – but it’s not always about pushing harder. Sometimes, it’s about navigating the daily ebb and flow of ambition while safeguarding your well-being. Join us for an insightful session in our Business Brilliance series, where we’ll explore what persistence truly means for women business owners who juggle multiple roles and responsibilities.
This session is led by a true Trailblazer, Erica A. Stewart. The current Mayor of San Luis Obispo, she not only governs but also has successfully run multiple businesses. With her unique perspective, she will guide you through the nuances of staying persistent in your business endeavors without sacrificing self-care.
This isn’t just another meeting on your calendar. It’s a rare opportunity to step away from the hustle, reflect, and recharge. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of purpose and practical strategies to maintain your momentum without burning out.
Together, we’ll explore and expand your experience with:
- Personalized Persistence: Discover how persistence can look different each day and learn how to align your ambition with your unique pace and needs.
- Balanced Ambition: Gain actionable strategies for pursuing your business goals relentlessly while integrating self-care as a non-negotiable part of your routine.
- Reflect and Recharge: Take time out of your busy schedule to relax, reflect, and avoid the common pitfalls of burnout by making space for growth and learning from past experiences.
- This event will provide the tools and insights you need to keep moving forward with intention and balance, ensuring that your persistence pays off in sustainable success.
