As CEO of DLZP Group, Lisa is an experienced managing partner with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Lisa is skilled in nonprofit organizations, sales, team building, management and business development. Lisa has been instrumental in the growth of DLZP Group. She developed strong relationships with Amazon Web Services, Oracle and Canon, which has helped establish DLZP Group as a leading innovator. Lisa is currently a Director on the NAWBO Institute Board.
Neena Dutta
CEO of CMC Construction NY Corporation and Principal of Dutta Law Firm
Neena is CEO of CMC Construction NY Corporation, principal of the Dutta Law Firm in NYC and Special Counsel to McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney and Carpenter, LLP. CMC Construction has a commercial and residential arm, with a focus on rough carpentry. The Dutta Law Firm is primarily corporate business immigration, with a concentration in construction and engineering firms, along with naturalization and family-based cases. She has experience with the intersection of immigration and employment law, including I-9 audits, Department of Labor issues and employee handbooks. She is a member of the NAWBO NYC Executive Committee.
Brigitta Toruño
CEO & Founder, UNO Translations + Communications
Brigitta, a bilingual native of the Washington, DC area, is the daughter of an Argentine father and Ecuadorian mother and her native language is Spanish. She is CEO of UNO, an established and proven linguistic partner with 25 years of experience in the industry that provides language and multimedia services, with a boutique touch. Brigitta serves as Board Chair of Loudoun Literacy Council, whose mission is to teach English communication skills and provide literacy resources to empower low-income adults and children. In 2023, she was honored as a National Latino Leader at the 8th Annual National Latino Leadership Conference.
Terry Dunn

Terry serves on several Boards in her community. She was also recently bestowed her NAWBO chapter’s Susan Hager Award for her remarkable legacy as a NAWBO champion.
