Val is a strategy consultant with the Wells Fargo Diverse Small Business Customer Segments team for consumer and small business banking. She focuses her work on women entrepreneurs and runs the Connect to More program for Wells Fargo. Val has held various roles throughout her career at Wells Fargo. She has also owned her own business and understands firsthand the excitement and challenges that come with being an entrepreneur, which informs and inspires her current work. She serves on NAWBO’s National Advisory Council and manages Wells Fargo’s relationship with NAWBO.
