Let’s Connect and Support One Another Virtually During This Time

In times of uncertainty like we are currently facing, one thing is for certain: NAWBO is here to connect and support you. To do that, we have been closely monitoring the situation with the Coronavirus, or COVID-19. We have taken immediate action to ensure the health and safety of our community members, including implementing ways to connect and support one another virtually during this time of social distancing.

We have launched a new Coronavirus resource hub available to our members through the NAWBO Institute platform. Here, you’ll find information that will specifically benefit you as a woman business owner in the days and weeks ahead. We will update this as the situation evolves and eventually resolves, so please check back often. Click here to visit the hub now.

Also, please plan to connect with your NAWBO community virtually in these ways:

Everyone has their own working style. When you are aware of your specific work preferences and needs, you can most easily establish a productive routine when working from home. Virtual meetings are very different than in-person meetings and particular processes, habits and tools are important to use to ensure your work interactions are as effective as possible as a remote CEO, manager or team member. Find out how best to work remotely—on individual and team tasks. Please bring your specific questions to share any issues and challenges.

Stay tuned for new Connect & Learns each week!

Many of our chapters have postponed local events due to growing concerns over Coronavirus. During this time, we want to support our chapters and members by providing remote opportunities to continue to connect, share best practices and support one another in an interactive video chat format. Be sure to join by video so we can see each other—just like we would at a chapter event! No need to register; simply join the Zoom using the meeting credentials below:
