The NAWBO-CA Governance Training Program (“Program”) is governed by a written agreement (“Agreement”) between NAWBO-CA, the NAWBO-CA Education Fund, and the program’s creator, Mary Hiland, Ph.D. The contract includes a non-disclosure agreement which is binding on both NAWBO organizations. The Agreement makes the Program content available only NAWBO members-in-good standing in a California chapter (“Member”). Members accessing the Program agree to abide by the provisions of the non-disclosure agreement which indicates that all information included in the Program is designated “Confidential” and shall not be shared outside of NAWBO membership in California. All Program information that is printed in written form shall be marked “Confidential.” NAWBO members using this Program shall not share access to the Program, permit use by others, publish, copy, or otherwise disclose Program content to any person or entity who is not a Member. Members are responsible for keeping login information confidential.
Any improper distribution of the Program is considered Copyright Infringement pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §501-513. The courts of Orange County in the State of California and the nearest U.S. District Court in the State of California shall be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all legal proceedings. This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of California.
