As a small business owner, what signs of hope are you seeing for the future post-pandemic?

Oct 19, 2020

For my business, I had a lot of clients who were skeptical of taking classes online even though it’s affordable and really easy to fit in your schedule. Many didn’t know how to use the technology. However, the push to force everyone online has allowed us to reach more students to practice mindfulness, stress reduction and yoga in their homes. Many have enjoyed this offering and while they’re waiting to meet in person, they indicated they want to keep practicing online as well. This has given me hope for another service offering that can continue well into the future and expand our reach quicker.

I am excited to assist small businesses by providing strategies for the new remote workforce as remote work options are becoming the new norm. Remote hiring and training using zoom and other software allows for more flexibility with time in multiple time zones, physical space and validation of information with real time signatures and tests results.

Also new standards for hygiene and distancing are helping. The benefits include more awareness to health and germs, and is intended to keep everyone safe. Distancing keeps us from getting too close to people’s microbiome thus helping to avoid catching or spreading any viruses or bacteria.

We are seeing signs of hope specific to Economic Justice in the form of scalable, dependable, repeatable revenue: as much as 20-30% growth from businesses that have been empowered through brand education while remaining true to their core position and promise.

It became clear by mid-March that there were severe inequities hitting the businesses and brands across time, resources, education and financial access to weather the pandemic storm. The solution was high-quality brand strategy education in the fastest way possible with the least amount of effort. By understanding thefundamental assets needed for brand clarity, businesses could figure out how to navigate multiple economic swings while also establishing a baseline for scalable, dependable, repeatable revenue.

This provides hope that growth is possible for every diverse owned business given the power of education. Education leads to economic justice. Pandemic or not, every business needs to take a moment to define its brand clarity. Inside a pandemic, 20-30% growth shows that it’s not only possible, but it’s accessible to all. This consistent growth shows us hope that regardless of the news, politics, guidelines, restrictions, that a good brand story still helps good healthy clients find their way to each of us.
