In this 2-hour workshop led by TaChelle Lawson, she’ll break down imposter syndrome and give you valuable tips to combat it.

May 19th - Breaking the Glass Ceiling:
Advancing Women in Leadership

Building on last month's topic of imposter syndrome, we’ll shift to breaking down barriers and understanding your worth. You’ll learn why the glass ceiling exists, how to smash it, and how to improve your confidence.

Led by TaChelle Lawson, this workshop will:

• Define common barriers for women
• Explain strategies and tools to break the glass ceiling
• Teach you how to understand your worth

 

June 16th - Owning Your Voice and Creating Your Presence

The unfair and untrue labels of being “bossy” or “aggressive” are all too real for women in the workplace. This workshop is all about standing up for yourself and owning your voice. Whether you are struggling with speaking up in your personal or professional life, this workshop is for you.
