Why is there so much interest and growing demand for purpose-driven companies and B Corporations? Hear first-hand from our panelists whose companies are focused on the Triple Bottom Line.

Participants:

Carolina Miranda, Founder and CEO, Cultivating Capital, a Certified California Green Business and B Corp since 2012. She specializes in helping companies align their business with their values by implementing best practices for social and environmental responsibility.

Teresa Pahl, Partner and Head of Corporate Governance Practice, HansonBridgett LLP, a California law firm and Certified B Corp, located in San Francisco. Board member of Social Venture Network and Pacific Community Ventures and former board member of Social Venture Circle, and Board of Advisors of Global Social Venture Competition, Haas School of Business.

Shira Tannor, Chief Administrative Officer, Veritable Vegetable, a women-owned and led organic produce distribution company and B Corp, based in San Francisco.

Rose Penelope L. Yee, CPFA, CHSA , CEO, Green Retirement, Inc., an immigrant, minority, and woman-owned 401k advisory firm that’s a founding B Corp, co-founder of WeTheChange, a collective of women leading business for good, and a board member of the American Sustainable Business Council.

Laura Russell-Jones, SVP Financial Advisor / Investing With Impact Director, Morgan Stanley | Wealth Management, advocate for women investors, women in leadership and business owners. Board member, NAWBO California. Current Board member and former president of SFBA.
