Lessons for Women Leaders
“We tend to get in life what we are willing to tolerate.” John Maxwell said it, but this statement resonates with every woman business owner. Why? Because, unfortunately, every woman business owner has a story about “tolerating” unprofessional treatment. Although this is particularly true for women working in male-dominated industries, like air conditioning, every female entrepreneur has a similar “war” story.
Join us for an inspirational, yet candid discussion about lessons learned from breaking barriers and the power we have to transform existing industries as leaders and consumers. Plus, since it’s summer in Arizona, this is your chance to ask any of your pressing questions about your AC and discuss why powerful women are often intimidated by the home services industry. Most importantly, we will talk about the role each one of us has in educating the public about our industries and discuss unique strategies for community outreach that empowers others.
