We often see the shift to focus on cash flow when a tragedy or significant event happens – a death, divorce, or loss of a significant customer.

Now, we’ve added a new player, a pandemic.

About Michele Schina

Michele Schina is a Certified Public Accountant, physically located in Philadelphia but serving clients across the country. Groomed at one of the Big Four international accounting firms for 11 years before starting her own practice, Michele has dedicated her professional life to financial excellence for her firm’s clients at all levels of service provided. She educates, trains and delivers accounting, tax, financial coaching and business management services to her clients. Most recently, Michele has created an online program available for participants willing to make financial excellence a priority. She is also co-developer of a Facebook live Money and Marketing series that airs monthly.

Michele’s understanding of finance, accounting and tax is what drives her to work with ambitious businesses working hard to grow their cash flow, and that want to do so faster and with less effort.

As a woman-owned business owner and a breast cancer survivor, Michele strives to be a leader in the community. She stays connected to the community through her volunteer and "giving back" endeavors with:

- the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), as a recent Board Member, current committee lead for their Next Gen Committee and member of President’s Assembly Steering Committee,

- the Lead Facilitator of NAWBO’s Accounting Services group

- the NAWBO Philadelphia Center for Advancing Entrepreneurs (Chair), the 501c3 arm to the National Association of Women Business Owners Philadelphia Chapter,

- the John D. McDonald Foundation - Havertown (Trustee),

- and Susan G. Komen as Co-Chair-Person for their 2017 and 2018 annual gala (Philadelphia).

Michele resides in the Queen Village section of Philadelphia with her partner, Tom. Soon, the newest edition will be her second step-grandchild!
