A Mastermind group is a monthly peer-to-peer cohort that meets to confidentially discuss business matters in a more in-depth, supportive and consultative manner. Our Premier Members are eligible to participate in one Mastermind as a Member Benefit. Over time, as familiarity builds, these groups often serve in an advisory manner for members. Benefits of a Mastermind Group include:

  • Accountability
 
These confidential group meetings allow female entrepreneurs to discuss business matters such as employees, contracts, client issues, sales and more with other business owners who “get it.” We are currently soliciting NAWBO Chicago leaders to host our Masterminds.
