Member Spotlight – Vision

Jan 6, 2025

Going into 2025, thinking about your purpose, what is your vision for your company and/or goals for your team to have a successful and impactful year ahead?

Elizabeth Colón
President and CEO
Metaphrasis Language & Cultural Solutions, LLC

In 2025, we will focus on improving efficiency and deepening client connections. We’re transitioning to a new technology partner to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery. To ensure we leverage technology without losing the human touch, I’ll participate in a business cohort for strategic guidance. Additionally, we’ll prioritize personal, meaningful interactions with our clients, reinforcing trust and authenticity in every engagement. These steps will position us for a successful and impactful year ahead.

CEO, Founder & Managing Member
Once Upon An RFP

As 2025 begins, our vision for the new year is to focus on Once Upon an RFP’s core purpose – what we do best.

We’re a trusted partner for our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of the Request for Proposals process easily and confidently. Our purpose remains to empower each client’s ability to grow their impact through strategic and effective proposal management and writing.

While we work with corporations, most of our clients are small businesses that don’t have the internal bandwidth or expertise to effectively manage RFP-based proposals. We strategically support them with the right-sized RFP services to help them win new business.

In addition to our outsourced services, we’re launching RFP Bootcamp. This online academy assumes no knowledge of RFPs and helps participants develop the skills and strategies needed for successful proposal management and writing.

Focusing on these goals, we are confident that 2025 will be a year of growth and impact for Once Upon an RFP and our clients.

Amelia Forczak
Founder
Pithy Wordsmithery

Going into 2025, my vision is to help more people step into their purpose and share their authentic stories by writing and publishing books. Books are powerful tools—they build businesses, preserve legacies and inspire transformation.

I’ve seen this firsthand through my work. I own Pithy Wordsmithery, a company that helps people turn their ideas into something tangible, and this year, I reached a milestone of my own: after ghostwriting 16 books, I published my first book with my name on it. That experience reaffirmed my belief in the power of storytelling and authenticity.

As we move into the new year, I’m committed to empowering both my clients and my team to make an even greater impact—one book at a time.

Danielle Marshall
Founder
Danie’s Natural Juice Blends

Going into 2025, Danie’s Natural Juice Blends envisions becoming a trusted leader in the natural beverage market by delivering nutrient-rich, all-natural juices that promote well-being and community health. Our purpose stems from my personal journey of overcoming health challenges, and our mission is to transform those experiences into meaningful support for others.

To achieve this, we will open our first brick-and-mortar location, fostering deeper community connections through wellness workshops and partnerships with like-minded businesses. Educating customers on the benefits of cold-pressed juices will remain a priority, empowering them to make healthier choices.

Internally, we will focus on enhancing product quality and shelf life through advanced engineering and expanding our reach within the wholesale market. Our team will be supported through structured training programs, cross-training for operational versatility and initiatives that promote personal growth and wellness. By fostering a culture rooted in integrity, creativity and service, we aim to drive measurable health outcomes and scale sustainably, creating a lasting and successfully positive impact in the year ahead.

Aneesa Muthana
CEO & Co-Owner
Pioneer Service Inc.

Going into 2025, my purpose is to lead with authenticity and fairness, inspiring others to thrive in a male-dominated industry. I’ve never seen myself as a victim but as someone committed to creating opportunities for everyone, men and women alike, by fostering respect and accountability across all levels of my companies.

This year, I plan to focus even more on my purpose, now that I have a strong leadership team who has helped me delegate effectively and fully embrace my blessing as a strong visionary. Their support allows me to dedicate time to strategic growth while fostering a culture of innovation and mutual respect.

In addition, I aim to expand my keynote speaking endeavors. Each opportunity to share my journey leaves a meaningful impact, and I look forward to inspiring others to pursue purpose-driven leadership. My focus in 2025 will remain on empowering my team, creating opportunities and using my voice to drive positive change for my industry and community.
