Angie Noll
Reconciled Solutions
Elmhurst, Illinois

  • Role On NAWBO Chicago Board: President
  • Years In Business: 17 years – The business has grown and evolved, just like watching a child in my family grow and evolve.
  • Company Location: Based in Elmhurst, my team works virtually and our clients are from all over the United States.
  • Coffee Order: I like more cream than coffee in my coffee! Natural Bliss Sweet Cream is my favorite!
  • Dream Vacation: I want to do an Eat/Pray/Love type trip around Asia, including India, Thailand, China, Japan, Philippines and Korea.

Why did you join NAWBO Chicago and what has been your experience belonging to the organization?

I joined NAWBO Chicago because I wanted to be around fellow women business owners who are serious about growing and scaling their business. I need the role model of other women business owners who have successfully grown and scaled their business simultaneously with their other roles in life, which includes mothering, caring for aging parents or being a supportive spouse/partner to someone else. I only know so much as a business owner and so I depend on the sisterhood that NAWBO provides for me to learn from others. I want to pay it forward to my fellow NAWBO sisters who potentially need a mentor on their own journey of business ownership.

What is a NAWBO Chicago member benefit that you enjoy and take advantage of?

I think that every member of NAWBO Chicago needs to be part of a Mastermind group, either through NAWBO or through some other part of their professional lives. The support and accountability that comes from a Mastermind group has propelled me forward in my business so many times in the past 17 years in business. Giving yourself, as a woman business owner, the gift of developing a Mastermind group is something that will reap rewards for all of us, we are stronger together!
