NAWBO Chicago has provided us with the opportunity to build relationships with diverse female professionals and business owners. Being a part of the NAWBO community instills a sense of confidence in us and our businesses, allowing us to increase our impact, gain insight on best business practices and grow personally and professionally.

What purpose do Connects groups serve for members and guests?

Connects brings together a community of women in an informal setting, allowing them to learn from one another and discuss challenges and opportunities while building their network. Connects sessions include a blend of relevant content for women business owners and collegial gatherings, fostering a sense of community.

Why do you think the work of NAWBO Chicago matters?

NAWBO Chicago is a collective voice and advocate for Chicago’s women business owners. Because of NAWBO Chicago women business owners have a safe space to discuss their challenges, share their successes, improve their professional skillset, build financial independence and enhance their physical and mental wellbeing. Starting, growing and maintaining a business can be daunting. NAWBO Chicago members are a community of collaborative thinkers who are eager to support one another.
