Sertrice is chief consulting officer and co-founder of Mattingly Solutions, a diversity, equity and inclusion consulting firm. Sertrice is passionate about helping organizations use their metrics to create data-backed DEI strategies. She has partnered with organizations such as DICK’s Sporting Goods, American Eagle Outfitters and Intelsat in reviewing and developing various DEI programs, and is now excited to partner with NAWBO. She has also led numerous webinars, trainings and presentations at conferences on different I&D topics.
Prior to becoming Mattingly Solutions, Sertrice worked at OrgVitality as a project manager and consultant. While there, she was tasked with coordinating employee engagement projects from start to finish for clients ranging in size from 100 employees to over 100,000 employees, and for both domestic and global clients. Her responsibilities included managing timelines and client relationships, working strategically to design unique items and tools to meet client needs and analyzing results to present to executive teams. She is passionate about interpreting data to help guide organizations toward improvements based on results. While there, she also developed a free Anti-Racist Organization survey for organizations to use to solicit employee feedback on the workplace culture, minority support and racial relations within their organization.
