PROJECT OVERVIEW AND BACKGROUND 
We are looking for a responsible Virtual Assistant to provide marketing and administrative duties for NAWBO Oregon and support the Board in different projects as needed. We are looking for someone to help develop, execute, and monitor our marketing programs across a variety of channels that include Facebook and Instagram. This would include researching local Oregon and SW Washington markets, analyzing national and local trends with the NAWBO Board of Directors and/or Communication Committee to help to make distinct, clear, and detailed marketing strategies, and provide guidance and recommendations as to how to best reach the target market. Other responsibilities may include content and communications projects, events, as well as administrative support projects.
 
COMMUNICATION AND REPORTING 
Recipients shall communicate regularly with NAWBO Oregon Board about its work through email, Zoom conference calls, telephone calls, and site visits. In addition, NAWBO Oregon Board will also require a monthly report via Zoom conference call during monthly Board meetings.
