An Executive Facilitator needs to act like a guest. The reality is...the Executive Facilitator acts as the host.
Myth Number 3
An Executive Facilitator must be the expert on the subject and expects bottom line answers. The reality is . . . the Executive Facilitator encourages the group to share their wisdom by asking discovery questions that create dialogue amongst the group.
Myth Number 4
An Executive Facilitator hears only the words of their group. The reality is... the Executive Facilitator listens and hears what the group members are saying beyond the words.
Myth Number 5
An Executive Facilitator needs to be me focused. The reality is...is that when the Executive Facilitator is they focused he/she will achieve me focused results.
