Rochelle Schneider is the owner of RJS Legal and Business Consulting, established in 1996. An attorney with an Executive MBA, she has more than 25 years experience, half of which were spent in the aerospace industry dealing with Fortune 100 companies.
Licensed to practice law in California and New York, Ms. Schneider represents individual and corporate clients on a myriad of issues. She focuses on strategic business growth and is passionate about advising women and minority-owned businesses as is evidenced by her non-profit work. Services include transactions, government contracts, business formations, licensing, succession and exit strategies, and employment and human relations. Ms. Schneider also advises and trains small and medium sized businesses on strategic management. She is results driven and possesses excellent speaking and diplomatic skills in English and Spanish. She is a Past President of NAWBO Orange County and Past Vice Chairman of VEDC, an economic development corporation serving the greater Los Angeles area.
