 Marilyn Bushey is Chief Creative Officer of Growing By Design, an international training and facilitation firm based in Dallas that specializes in developing the skills that individuals, teams, organizations, and corporations need to perform at the highest levels.
Prior to her current business venture, Ms. Bushey was president of PowerPAC (Power Performance and Communication, Inc.) where she collaborated with senior management in the design, development, and facilitation of training programs, strategic planning sessions and professional development programs such as management and leadership boot camps.
Ms. Bushey's active involvement with the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) is extensive and includes five years on the national board of directors and past president of the Dallas Fort Worth chapter. She was national coordinator of Chapter in Formation for three years, 2008 Chair of the Chapter Relations Task Force, and served two years on the national board as Vice President of Member Services and one year as Chair of the Governance Committee. She won the NAWBO National Member of the Year in 2004.
